WE NEED YOUR HELP CLAY COUNTY!

As many of you know, the J.P. Hall Children’s Charities Annual Christmas Party has been providing toys and clothing to Clay County’s underserved children for the past 38 years. As the time for this year’s Christmas Party approaches, we are faced with some very difficult decisions. First, we will not be able to hold our only fundraiser of the year, the Annual Dinner and Auction. Second, we will not be able to collect donated toys from the community. After careful evaluation and consideration, we believe these are the best decisions we can make under the current environment with special consideration for the safety of both our volunteers and the children we serve.

This year’s Party will require a much greater need for financial support than we have seen before. As you may be aware, the Charities has no paid employees, no office rental costs and very limited administrative expenses (printing, postage and the like). Your donation goes directly to serving the underprivileged children of Clay County. I am reaching out to ask for your financial support to make this year’s Party a reality for Clay County’s neediest families. For the last 38 years, your kindness has provided more than 40,000 Clay County children with a Christmas they might not have otherwise experienced.
